General conditions for using the website and e-store  www.hazelnut.bg

Dear customers, please read and familiarize yourself with these Terms of Service.

 

1. General conditions

These General Terms and Conditions constitute a binding, binding legal agreement between e-store  www.hazelnut.bg  (store) and users (You) in connection with the services, offered by  www.hazelnut.bg . By viewing the pages, clicking on the objects or links located on the pages of   www.hazelnut.bg , you agree, accept and undertake to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. About the confidentiality of your data

www.hazelnut.bg   processes and takes measures to protect users' personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. Users agree that   www.hazelnut.bg   has the right to process their personal data in connection with the use of website services. In order to serve you and fulfill your orders, it is necessary to accept the following data: 

 

- name and surname

- e-mail

- contact phone number

- address for invoice and delivery

- ZIP code

 

Subsequently, you have the opportunity to correct this data from your personal profile.

 

The data we will receive when ordering, registering or viewing the pages will be used only for your service - accepting and fulfilling orders, subscription to news, contacting you in case of problems related to the order and improving the service of www.hazelnut.bg  We guarantee that this data will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. Users subscribed to the News Subscription can unsubscribe at any time from the link located at the end of each news.

Your user profile can be deleted from the   www.hazelnut.bg   system along with the data attached to it if you wish.

 

3. The order

Every order of a product through the system at  www.hazelnut.bg  is associated with an obligation to pay by the payment method you choose. We accept orders 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. In the ordering process, you have the opportunity to see the products you are buying and their prices, your names, e-mail, telephone, address, postal code, the method of delivery and the method of payment. After completing the order and if this is your first order on the specified phone, you will receive a call from us confirming the same information. For each subsequent order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail only.  You will be notified by e-mail of a change in the status of the order (confirmation, processing, shipment, etc.). You can track the status of current and previous orders from your personal profile.

Ordering a product/s through the e-store means an express consent to conclude a distance sales contract, which is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.

 

4. Prices

All prices are in BGN. Product prices are shown excluding shipping costs. Product prices with quantity discounts of the type "Price when ordering x units" are only valid for an online order of the corresponding quantity.

 

5. Problems with order fulfillment

Although we strive to fulfill all orders with accuracy, the fulfillment of your order may be prevented for any of the following reasons: 

 

1. We do our best to have stock and update stock in a timely manner, but it is possible that some of the ordered products are not available; in this case, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email

2. You have selected "Pay by card", but no payment has been made or there is a delay in payment.

3. You have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details -  names, address, telephone, postal code.

 

In the event of a discrepancy between the received and ordered products or an inaccuracy due to our fault, we will bear the costs of subsequent return and replacement of the non-conforming products. In case of impossibility of delivery due to no fault of  www.hazelnut.bg   (you are not at the specified address or you do not answer the supplier's calls), your order will be returned to us until we contact you.

 

6. Payment

Orders are paid for according to your choice, using one of the methods specified in the e-store. When choosing a payment method other than cash on delivery, you agree to pay the price of your order in advance to the bank account specified by us.

We offer 2 payment methods:

1. Payment on delivery: upon receipt of the order, you pay the courier.

2. Payment by credit card: you pay during the order process.

 

7. Delivery and receipt of the products

1. By sending an order confirmation, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the stated value of the shipping costs.

2. Delivery to address: selected in the ordering process after filling in an accurate address, names, zip code, preferred delivery date and additional instructions.

 

8. Cancellation of order and return

You can return products purchased from us without a reason for return within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions: 

         - The products must be in their original packaging

         - To have no signs of use, impaired appearance or staining

         - Include the original invoice or order with which you received the products (with your order you will receive an accompanying document - a fiscal receipt upon payment upon delivery or an invoice at your request)

         - The costs of returning the products are at your expense

 

You can exchange the products for others or we will refund their value if you do not wish to exchange. We refund the value of the products, excluding the cost of delivery. We refund all amounts paid upon delivery or on site only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation of the order. We refund all amounts paid by debit/credit card to the same account (card) from which the payment was made.

10. Disputes. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding obligations arising from online sales contracts, in which no agreement has been reached, you can refer the dispute to the bodies for alternative resolution of consumer disputes (ARC) under the conditions and in accordance with Article 181a et seq. of the Civil Code. Additional information on the alternative resolution of consumer disputes can be found on the website of the Consumer Protection Commission at   https://kzp.bg   and on the online platform dispute resolution  OPC .

 

11. Content and Copyright

The website contains copyrighted material and text, images, graphic logos, graphics, trademark logos, databases and software that are owned or licensed by  www.hazelnut.bg and are protected by Bulgarian and other applicable laws and conventions on copyright, related and other intellectual property rights. The reproduction of the content, of the website and/or any of its elements, subject to intellectual property, can only be carried out with the written consent of  www.hazelnut.bg or its licensors. The use of the services and the website does not grant users any rights to the objects of intellectual property in their entirety, nor to any part thereof.
